The title says it well. We're a photography club, not a camera club. What's the difference? Well we're about the photographs you take and not the camera gear you use to take it. Of course, a camera is required somewhere in the process, but we don't care whether you use film, digital, 35mm, medium or large format, or a disposable camera. It's likely that at least one or another of our members have used these and more.
We're about improving our skills and having fun with other members whilst we do that. With our club, you can take whatever you want from it. You can be a member interested in the social side only, or one who is more interested in technique and competition. There is something for all in this club. We do recommend though that you participate as much as you can.
Come along and discuss your passion for photography with like-minded individuals in a relaxed and harmonious environment.
We meet every first and third Friday each month. |
