If you are looking for an Internet Service Provider that is local, reliable and offers friendly service twenty-four seven, iRock can help you. We offer a variety of packages as we realise that everyone's needs are different. Installation is quick and easy, with comprehensive instructions provided. If you can't make it into our office, no problem, we can talk you through the setup over the phone. For those of you who would prefer us to install this for you, just drop your system in to us or organise a time for us to come to you (onsite service available in and around the Rockhampton area)
Onsite Setup
- $55.00 We will come to your home or office within Rockhampton (or by arrangement in surrounding areas) and set up your computer for internet and email. As part of this we will also provide initial training in setup and connection. As with the previous option, free web space (up to 3Mb) and full phone support, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day applies.
Monthly Internet Plan Options:
- $1.20 per hour - direct credit card debit (minimum charge per month $3.50 if you log on);
- $1.20 per hour - Uni student/teacher/pensioner monthly statement account (minimum charge per month $5.50 if you log on). Please note that current student/teacher/pensioner identification will be required for this option;
- $1.40 per hour - monthly statement account (minimum charge per month $5.50 if you log on);
- $9.95 Lite unlimited - Fixed monthly charge including unlimited hours and download within 1 hour connection blocks at any one time, an idle timeout of 20 minutes applies.
- $15.00 Basic unlimited - Fixed monthly charge including unlimited access within maximum 1.5 hour connection blocks at any one time, an idle time-out of 20 minutes applies. Includes unlimited download. This service can be paid by direct credit card debit (preferable) or by a statement account payable within 7 days.
- $19.95 Casual Unlimited - Fixed monthly charge including unlimited access within maximum 2 hour connection blocks at any one time, an idle time-out of 20 minutes applies. Includes unlimited download. This service can be paid by direct credit card debit (preferable) or by a statement account payable within 7 days.
- $22.00 Family unlimited plan - Fixed monthly charge including unlimited access within maximum 3 hour connection blocks at any one time, an idle time-out of 20 minutes applies.Includes unlimited download. This service can be paid by direct credit card debit (preferable) or by a statement account payable within 7 days.
- $27.50 Business unlimited plan - Fixed monthly charge including unlimited access and unlimited download within maximum 4 hour connection blocks at any one time, an idle time-out of 20 minutes applies. This service can be paid by direct credit card debit (preferable) or by a statement account payable within 7 days.

Support:
We have a local office where you can come in and talk to us on a personal level. The office is open from 8am to 5pm weekdays, and 9am to 12pm Saturdays. We have an after hours help line. No problem is too big or too small for the iRock team !
Billing and Payment Methods:
Our billing period ends on the last day of each month. Payment methods include direct credit card debits, cheque, cash, money order, over the phone card payments, internet or branch direct deposit and EFTPOS. Please note that all internet connections may be disabled if invoices remain unpaid after the due date. If you cannot pay your account by the due date, please contact us to make arrangements.
Contract Time:
There is no contract period with iRockdial-up. You may cancel your connection at any time.
