About Us
iRock was founded in 2002, and is based in Rockhampton, Queensland. It is locally owned and operated, with our qualified staff having over 20 years experience in the computer industry. iRock aims to provide the customer with reliable, hassle free and friendly service. Whether you are interested in an internet connection, new computer, web site hosting or just want to chat, you are welcome to come down to our local office and meet the iRock team.
Support
We have a local office where you can come in and talk to us on a personal level. The office is open from 9am to 5pm weekdays, and 9am to 12pm Saturdays. We also have an after hours help line. No problem is too big or too small for the iRock team!
Billing and Payment Methods
Our billing period ends on the last day of each month. Payment methods include direct credit card debits, cheque, cash, money order, over the phone card payment, EFTPOS and internet banking. Please note that all internet and email connections may be disabled if invoices remain upaid after the due date. If you cannot pay your account by the due date, please contact us to make arrangements.
